Term and Condition

1) No Exchange of item if does not suits or fit well. We will not be responsible for any complaints / dissatisfaction on product issues. But I will help to do checking on the product before I mail it out to ensure the products are in working condition.

2) No cancellation after payment is made.

3) We will not be responsible for the lost parcel once it has been mailed out. It is advisable that you top up $2.25 for registered mail.

4) Waiting time, Estimated to be at 3-4days after recieved the payment for all the Ready Stock. Please refrain from any form of price comparison remarks on this thread. Prices variances may be due to different shipping cost, speed of delivery etc

Collection Method

1) Self collect at my home at Punggol

2) Postage for reed diffuser: inclusive of envelopes (if any), wrapping & materials and Handling Cost. (I will not be responsible for item lost or damaged during transit, therefore Registered Post is highly recommended).
